"Origin" is defined and understood in three different dimensions:
14. as a territory. Place of origin of the ingredients (natural, where possible ecological and of km 0 and of season) and of the tastes and customs.
15. How to tradition: rooting of the previous three generations (ingredients, formulas ...), follow the calendar with festivals and traditional celebrations and weather stations (season of raw materials)
16. Like its own: all the products of the TRIAS PASTISSERS brand are produced by TRIAS PASTISSERS and those that are sold to the confectionery are at your discretion.
